Description of the service

Validation and benchmarking of Hardware & Software technologies as well as innovative tools at semi-industrial scale (reliability, performance, robustness).

Expected results:

Technical PoC report presenting integration tests for LMD/WAAM processes, KPIs, system behaviour, and recommendations for improving compatibility and performance, accompanied—when relevant—by AM‑manufactured parts or prototypes produced during experimentation.

Methodology:

Preparation of robot programs and toolpaths; execution of AM trials; monitoring of parameters; inspection of deposited material; and benchmarking against AM KPIs, generation of reports.

Objective:

Industrial users seeking to validate or benchmark robotised additive manufacturing solutions (LMD, WAAM, FFF, AFP) at semi‑industrial scale.
