From October 29th to 31st, San Sebastian hosted the 24th Advanced Manufacturing and Machine Tool Congress, the main national event for the industrial sector, organized by AFM. This event brought together professionals, researchers and leading companies to discuss the challenges and opportunities posed by advanced manufacturing, with a program that addressed technology dissemination, scientific research, safety in industrial environments and cybersecurity applied to industry.
In this context, on Wednesday, October 29, AI-Matters (AI in Manufacturing for EU industries) participated in the scientific congress dedicated to manufacturing processes, presenting the European network of testing and experimentation in artificial intelligence for the manufacturing industry. The objective was to show how this initiative drives the adoption of advanced technologies, facilitating the digitization and optimization of processes in companies of different sizes and sectors.
In addition, AI-Matters had a meeting point for professionals interested in learning more about its services and exploring collaboration opportunities. This participation reinforces the project’s commitment to innovation, sustainability and industrial competitiveness in Europe.
